We are looking for an enthusiastic person to manage the front desk of our busy office. Primarily the role will involve answering, screening and forwarding incoming telephone calls to the appropriate person along with greeting and welcoming visitors to our premises. The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, be fully computer literate and have a flexible approach to a changing working environment.
Accounting experience would be an advantage. There will be a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and the ability to undertake these efficiently and accurately without supervision is essential.
